The problem

Supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense receipts: someone re-types the supplier, date, amounts and VAT of every document by hand. It is slow and repetitive, and every typo ends up in the accounts.

The solution

You drop in your PDFs (or forward them by email). The AI reads each document, extracts the relevant fields, checks they add up (totals, VAT, dates) and prepares the export to your accounting software or a spreadsheet. Uncertain values are flagged for review.
